Leadership is not just about giving direction to an organization or a team. It starts with giving direction to yourself.

Leadership goes from the inside out. The core values and purpose of the organization and of the individual are therefore the starting point for a leadership program.

Participants gain a keen insight into their own natural leadership and what it takes to achieve their purpose. Furthermore, a program must always contain an element of surprise, because aha moments lead to growth and change. I strongly believe in blended learning and the 70:20:10 principle: we can lay a foundation with workshops, but leadership only develops in practice with on the job experiences.
