I am a psychologist by background, specialised in leadership and team development, running my own business teamcoaching.one. My pleasure to bring 25 years of diverse experience in various roles: trainer, coach, assessor, facilitator, mediator. Over the last 10 years I gained experience at the top level, working with industry leading executive teams.

My expertise and passion are around learning and teamwork – how people work together and sometimes how they don’t. I am always thrilled to find out which levers to pull so that leaders can ‘play to strength’ and teams can really unlock the potential of their individual members.

My style? Feedback includes comments such as: quick to grasp what is going on, inspiring trust, resourceful, friendly confronting, creative, relaxed, free format and a hopeless time manager. To me, any (team) coaching is a balancing act between reflection and action, to finally achieve that more can be accomplished while using less force.’
