Team Development

The essence of a team is a common goal and daring to trust and build on each other’s qualities. But that does not happen automatically, it requires active development. Workload and full schedules offer too little room for this.

In a team development program we will work with 5 elements of high performance teamwork:

Focus

A common goal and shared priorities.

Executive Power

Organization and division of roles in a way that promotes every team member exploiting his/her talents. The energy in the team and the ability to (efficiently!) get a lot done.

Internal Dynamics

The way in which team members interact with each other, the interaction in the team. The mutual trust, the culture in the team and dealing with conflict.

Learning and Innovation

The team’s ability to learn from feedback, develop and adapt to change – including developing new services / products.

External Relationships

Maintaining good relationships with customers and stakeholders.
